Why haven't I received a shipping confirmation?
There are four possible reasons why you haven’t received a shipping confirmation:
1. The package has not yet been scanned by the DPD/UPS courier.
2. The shipping confirmation may have ended up in your junk or spam folder. Please check that folder as well.
3. You may have entered an incorrect email address when placing your order or in your Shop for Covers account. If that's the case, you can easily update the email address in your account. If you didn’t create an account, please contact our customer service to have the email address corrected.
4. The product is out of stock and has a longer delivery time. In this case, our customer service will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays to inform you of the expected delivery time.
