Why do I get less money back for my returned product?

This may be the case if the product was not returned in its original condition or is damaged. The depreciation will be determined based on several factors, such as:

- The condition of the product: is it damaged, has it been used, or is it dirty?
- Is the product complete?
- Was the product returned within 30 days after registration?

Additionally, we will deduct the costs incurred to resell the product, such as re-packaging, taking photos, and creating a proper description. These costs amount to 7.50 per product and will be deducted from the purchase price along with the depreciation.

These costs will only be charged if the product was received damaged.
