What should I do if I accidentally placed multiple orders?

If you only paid for the order you wish to receive, there is nothing further you need to do. We only process orders once they have been paid, and unpaid orders are automatically canceled.

If you accidentally paid for multiple orders, please contact our customer service to cancel one of the orders. Please note: cancellations are only possible if the package has not yet left our warehouse.
