What if I want to exchange my product for a cheaper or more expensive product?

To exchange a product, you must first return your current product. We will refund the full amount to your account after receiving the return, and you can then order another product.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash refunds or accept payments via card/cash for exchanges.
