What are the costs for a return label?

You can request a return label through our customer service when you wish to return a product.

Alternatively, you can arrange the return label directly at a Pickup Parcelshop of a delivery service of your choice. The cost for this will be the same as the original shipping costs, except for non-EU countries. Shipping costs outside of Europe vary depending on the country and volume.
