I have not received my package (yet); what can I do?
1. Check the delivery status via the Track & Trace link in the DPD/UPS shipping confirmation. The delivery time may have been rescheduled.
2. Verify the delivery address. Is the address you entered correct? Pay attention to the street name, house number, postal code, and city.
3. Check your mailbox for a missed delivery notice from DPD/UPS. If you were not at home during the delivery, the card will show where your package was delivered (to your neighbors or a Pickup Parcelshop) or when a new delivery attempt is scheduled.
If the delivery address is correct, the delivery time has not changed, and you have not received any notification from DPD/UPS, but you still haven't received your order, please contact our customer service.
