How can I return my order?

If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 365 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service so they can create a return request and send you a return label.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from the purchase amount, which we will refund after receiving and inspecting the product.

You must return the goods within 30 days of approval from Shop for Covers. After this period, additional return and administrative fees may apply.

It is preferable to use the original packaging to return the product to ensure it is safely shipped. If you no longer have the original packaging, you may return the item in another sturdy package.

Make sure the package is labeled with the return label and return number that you have received from us via email.

If you have received a return label from us, you can drop off the package at a Pickup Parcelshop. If you do not have a return label, you can directly hand in the package at a Pickup Parcelshop.
