Can I check the status of my return anywhere?

Yes, the status of your return is visible in your Shop for Covers account. Once we process your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note: When the product (according to Track & Trace) has arrived at our facility, it may take up to 72 hours for you to receive an email confirmation.

If you returned the package more than five days ago but have not heard anything yet, please contact our customer service.
