What are your repair and warranty conditions?

If a product breaks within the manufacturer's warranty period, the repair and the return label are of course free; If this period has expired, you must pay the repair costs yourself.

To report a repair, please contact our customer service.

If your product is defective within 365 days of purchase in one of the features covered by the warranty, you can indicate by email whether you want to exchange the product or whether you want a refund.

With normal use but defective after 365 days, but it is still within the manufacturer's warranty, your product will be repaired free of charge.
If your product is broken outside the warranty period, but you would like to have it repaired, we will be happy to do so.

After we have examined the product, you will receive a quote from us so that you can decide whether or not you want to have it repaired.
