I have ordered and paid for a product; what happens next?

After we have received your payment, the order is final and you will receive an email from us containing the order confirmation.
We will process and pack your order for shipment.

As soon as DPD/UPS/PostNL has collected and scanned the package from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including a Track & Trace link. Via this link you can see where your order is and when you can expect the package.
