How long does a repair take?

That is difficult to say, because it varies per product, problem or defect.

We will keep you informed of the status of repairs that take longer at least weekly.

If you return a product to our store for repairs, it is unfortunately not possible to wait for this.

As soon as the product has been repaired, you will receive an update from us by telephone/email. You can track the status of your repair in your Shop for Covers account.

If you do not have an account, we will keep you informed by email.
